From Thessaloniki to international infrastructure markets.
Egnatia Group started in Thessaloniki, northern Greece in 1989 focusing on real estate. Since 1993, the Group has been involved in telecommunications, providing end-to-end turn-key solutions. After 2000, Egnatia Group expanded to Albania, FYROM, Bulgaria, Romania, Türkiye, the UK, Chile, Cyprus and Germany.

The Milestones
1989Egnatia is founded as a construction company combining project design and studies.
1993Telecom / GSM activity begins.
2003-2005Egnatia Bulgaria and Egnatia Romania are founded.
2012International expansion continues through Skopje, UK and Germany presence.
2015-2019METKA-EGN JV becomes a global renewable-energy player and later part of Mytilineos / METLEN.
2023-2025OTE GIS, HEDNO GIS and utility digitization projects expand the GIS department.
